From my research these are a vintage pair of mens hush puppies from possibly the 80s? Still like brand new! I believe the outter is suede and the inside is fur lined. They are very unique! I believe these weren't meant for boys or men but I think they'd be adorable on a girl or woman as wellI added a picture of the inside tag. Its reads "1 W 43627" Measurements (measuring the bottom of shoes)9 inches long and 3 & 1/2 wide measured on the widest part.
