How to Use the TravelRevive Foot Roller Massager V2

There are two different ways you can use our TravelRevive Foot Roller Massager V2:

• Roll Massage: Simply roll your foot slowly, back and forth over the roller, targeting the heel, arch and toes. Repeat for the same amount of time for both feet.
• Acupressure: Place your foot arch on the roller, then press down slightly for 2-3 seconds and release. Repeat this several times over. You can also repeat this for the heel and ball of the foot.

The good news is that these exercises are easy to do and can be repeated for however long you desire.
