Bought them from the real real, I am so obsessed with these shoes but sadly they are a little too small for my wider feet. Givenchy boots typically run half a size small, but these are a full size small definitely recommend only getting these if ur a 6 in women's. They have some minor wear in the leather and the bottom, but over all are good condition. Heel is 4.25 inches. The insides are super clean and have no smell
