How to Use
The ActiveRestore Gel Foot Strengthener can be used in two ways to strengthen your feet.
This stretch targets and strengthens the top section of the foot and the calf muscle:
- Find a comfortable seat.
- Place the large foot hole over your foot until it’s wrapped around your ankle.

- Release and then repeat for 10-20 times for each foot.
